St. Elizabeth Residences

In working with the Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet, AHC we have successfully secured financing under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program to develop an independent senior community for households 55 and older. Supported by a regimen of social services intended to promote self-sufficiency, St. Elizabeth will feature a clubhouse with a fitness center, computer center, and party room and management offices. The property will also feature walking trails and the buildings will incorporate engineering and environmental standards intended to achieve a “green building” certification.
