Finally, in conjunction with Menard County Housing Authority, we are implementing a social service plan that mirrors the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (“FSS”) for both the Pontiac and Macoupin County Projects. This social service plan represents a collaboration among the local housing authority, Menard County Housing Authority and the respective Project(s) with the intent of offering programs and services that will improve the residents ability to achieve self-sufficiency.

All Social Service Programs operate on-site at clubhouses designed to accommodate meeting rooms, party rooms, fitness center, and computer center and management offices. Below is an example an AHDVS clubhouse and tot lot design.
